Job description

• Social media & Content Creation

  • HDevelop and manage content for instagram and YoutTube

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos, including gameplay highlights, event recaps, and board game tutorials

  • Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence

  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages and discussion

  • Track social media analytics to improve engagement and reach

• Event Facilitation & Board Game Teaching

  • Teach and facilitate board game sessions at our live events

  • Create a fun, welcoming environment for both casual and competitive players

  • Assist in organizing and managing board game meetups and tournaments

  • Help with event setup, coordination and player engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

• A love for board games and a willingness to learn new ones.

• 1-2 yrs experience in social media content creation and video editing

• Proficiency in video editing software

• Strong knowledge of social media trends, content formats and audince engagement strategies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Abilitiy to won on-site for board game events

• Ability to manage groups and keep events engaging.

• Responsible, organized, and able to handle event logistics.

• Bonus: Experience in community management, event planning or live streaming
